‎Ikezue Marks Father’s Day with Worship, Community Engagement in Amawbia

‎Labour Party (LP) Senatorial candidate for Anambra Central, Ven. Tochukwu Sagacious Ikezue, today marked Father’s Day with worship and community engagement at St. Peter’s Church, Amawbia.


‎Ven. Ikezue participated actively in the church service, serving as a church warden during the celebration. The event provided an opportunity for him to interact with worshippers and prominent figures within the Amawbia community.


‎Among those he met during the visit were the member representing Awka North and South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Prof. Lilian Orogbu; Engr. Godwin Erondu; and the traditional ruler of Amawbia, HRM Igwe Okpara, Amawbia.


‎Speaking on the occasion, Ven. Ikezue described the day as memorable and expressed appreciation for the opportunity to worship alongside members of the community. He noted that the visit also enabled him to connect with constituents and other community stakeholders.


‎The LP Candidate extended warm Father’s Day greetings to fathers and father figures across Anambra Central, commending their sacrifices, guidance and contributions to family and societal development. He wished fathers continued strength, wisdom and good health as they carry out their responsibilities in their homes and communities.


‎After the service, the Labour Party candidate posed for a group photograph with the parish vicar and the vicar’s chaplain, Ven. Jason Onyeakagbusi, to mark the Father’s Day celebration.
