Ikezue Seeks Prayers, Calls for Principled Leadership at UNIZIK Children’s Harvest

Labour Party candidate for the Anambra Central Senatorial District, Ven. Tochukwu Sagacious Ikezue, on Sunday, June 28, 2026, attended the Children’s Harvest Thanksgiving Service at the Chapel of Redemption, Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka.
The thanksgiving, themed “Harvest of Vision to Reality: Let Us Arise and Build,” brought together worshippers to celebrate the annual harvest while encouraging commitment to faith and purposeful living.
Addressing the congregation, Ven. Ikezue called on Christians to take active responsibility for the progress of Anambra State and Nigeria by promoting principled leadership, integrity, and selfless service.
He said his senatorial aspiration is driven by a commitment to restore and reposition the Anambra Central Senatorial District while contributing to national development.
He expressed delight at participating in the Children’s Harvest celebration and appealed to the congregation, especially the children, to remember him in their prayers.
According to him, he needs God's guidance, wisdom, strength, and grace as he continues his public service and pursues his political aspiration.
