NNPP Aspirant Receives Prestigious Golden Humanitarian Service Award

Barrister Peter Ekwueme, the New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) Candidate vying for the Anambra Senatorial District Seat in the National Assembly, has been conferred with the prestigious Golden Humanitarian Service Award by the Rotaract Club 9142, Anambra State. This esteemed recognition acknowledges his exceptional contributions to community service, demonstrating his commitment to the welfare and development of his constituents.
The Rotaract District Chairman, Rotarian Don Darlington Onyekachukwu, who presented the award to Barrister Peter Ekwueme during the Rotaract Festival of Arts, Culture and Sports at Nnewi said that the act was to acknowledge Barrister Ekwueme's steadfast commitment to promoting global peace and development, which harmoniously aligns with Rotaract's core principles of selfless community service, humanitarian pursuits, and peace promotion.
Rotaract Onyekachukwu revealed that the club undertook a rigorous selection process, meticulously assessing numerous nominees based on their measurable contributions to societal development, ultimately leading to the conferral of the prestigious recognition upon Barrister Peter Ekwueme.
In his acceptance remarks, Barrister Peter Ekwueme conveyed his heartfelt appreciation to the leadership and membership of the Rotaract Club for conferring upon him the esteemed Golden Humanitarian Service Award. He humbly acknowledged their recognition of his endeavors and expressed gratitude for being deemed worthy of this prestigious honour.
Barrister Ekwueme who is also the founder of two notable organizations: "Youths Association, Anambra South Senatorial District" (YAASSD), which focuses on empowering youths within the Anambra South Senatorial District, and the "Peter Ekwueme Development Foundation (PEDEF)", a development foundation dedicated to improving the lives of individuals in Anambra State, thanked the Rotaract Club for their unwavering dedication towards youth development within local communities and emphasized his admiration for the award conferred upon him by the Rotaract Club.
