Ikezue Reflects on Good Friday, Calls for Unity and Progress in Anambra Central

The Labour Party (LP) Senatorial Aspirant for Anambra Central Senatorial District, Ven. Tochukwu "Sagacious" Ikezue, has issued a statement encouraging constituents to reflect on the significance of Good Friday and draw inspiration from Christ's selfless love, sacrifice, and redemption.
In a press release marking the 39th day of Lent, Ven. Ikezue extended warm greetings to Christians across the district, emphasizing the importance of emulating Christ's example through acts of compassion, family sacrifices, and collective efforts to advance the community. He stressed the need for renewed strength to address local challenges, foster deeper peace in homes, and cultivate hope for a brighter future in Anambra Central.
Ven. Ikezue prayed for forgiveness for past mistakes and invoked scriptures such as Hebrews 12:1-2, John 1:4-5, John 10:10, and Colossians 1:27, seeking renewed strength to address local challenges and promote peace in homes. He encouraged residents to pray for one another, forgive transgressions, and recommit to building a thriving district.
"We pray for forgiveness for the times we have misrepresented you and our beloved district," he said. "May we find renewed strength to tackle our local challenges, deeper peace in our homes, and hope for a brighter future in Anambra Central."
Ven. Ikezue expressed gratitude for ongoing support and pledged continued service with faith and determination as the region approaches Easter Sunday.
