‎Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Obimma, popularly known as Fr. Ebube Muonso, has on Sunday August 9 celebrated his 15th Priestly Anniversary at the Holy Ghost Adoration Ministry, Uke, Anambra State, reflecting on a journey he said was sustained by God's grace despite numerous challenges.

‎Speaking during the anniversary celebration, the cleric expressed gratitude to God for guiding him through the hurdles he encountered during his 15 years of priestly ministry.

‎Fr. Ebube Muonso also used the occasion to appreciate the Archbishop of Onitsha Archdiocese, Most Rev. Valerian Okeke, whom he described as a father and shepherd who has consistently guided and corrected him whenever necessary.
He prayed for God's continued strength, wisdom and grace for the Archbishop as he leads the faithful.

‎Highlighting his humanitarian activities, Fr. Ebube Muonso said he has remained committed to empowering people and improving lives through interventions inspired by the Holy Spirit.

‎The priest disclosed that he operates one of the largest scholarship schemes in Anambra State, with thousands of people benefiting from the initiative. According to him, education remains a powerful tool for transforming lives and creating opportunities for people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

He also disclosed that about N100 million has been earmarked for medical outreach as part of his efforts to extend his humanitarian activities beyond the pulpit. Fr. Ebube Muonso further revealed that he is personally sponsoring the medical treatment of two patients currently receiving treatment in India.

He said his humanitarian activities are driven by his desire to give back to society and respond to the needs of people as directed by the Holy Spirit. The cleric also provides monthly financial assistance to elderly people in Nkwelle Ezunaka, supporting them through regular payments.

His humanitarian interventions, according to his supporters, cut across education, healthcare, elderly support and other areas aimed at improving the welfare of vulnerable members of society.
‎The priest revealed that he initially had no plans to organise a grand celebration to mark his 15th priestly anniversary.

‎However, he said the messages, surprises and gestures from people kept coming, making it difficult for him to ignore the significance of the milestone. Among the touching gestures was that of a woman who prepared food for people as part of the celebration, highlighting the affection and appreciation shown to the priest by those who have been touched by his ministry.

Also speaking at the occasion, Rev. Fr. Jeremiah Ikezue expressed happiness over Fr. Ebube Muonso's 15th anniversary, describing him as a mentor.
‎Fr. Ikezue prayed for God's continued strength, protection and grace upon the celebrant, while commending the impact of his priestly ministry.

‎The 15th anniversary provided Fr. Ebube Muonso with an opportunity to reflect on his priestly journey, appreciate those who have supported and guided him, and reaffirm his commitment to serving humanity. From priestly ministry and evangelisation to scholarships, medical assistance and support for the elderly, the anniversary highlighted a life of service, sacrifice, faith and humanitarian intervention.

As he begins another chapter of his priesthood, Fr. Ebube Muonso reaffirmed his commitment to touching lives and giving back to society, guided by God and strengthened by the Holy Spirit.
