Philanthropist Dr. Umeh Backs Soludo for Re-Election, Cites Achievements

The Medical Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Victory Hospital and Children Clinics in Onitsha, Anambra State, Dr Oliver Umeh, has expressed confidence in Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo's leadership.
Dr. Umeh who is also a philanthropist gave the conviction in Mgbakwu, Awka North Local Government Area, praised governor Soludo's efforts in driving realistic infrastructural upgrades in the state. He also endorsed Hon. Dr. ThankGod Anagor's leadership as Chairman of Awka North, praising his outstanding performance in office.
He praised the national leadership of APGA, headed by Hon. Barr. Sly Ezeokenwa, and the state leadership, headed by Barr. Ifeatu Obi-Okoye, for rallying support for Governor Soludo's administration. He expressed confidence that APGA would emerge victorious in the November 8 governorship election, stating "4+4 is assured".
The philanthropist based his stance on an objective assessment of Governor Soludo's significant achievements in infrastructural development across all 21 local government areas in Anambra State, particularly in Awka North citing the unprecedented road projects in Awka North, previously neglected, as evidence of the administration's commitment to balanced development.
In his word, “No amount of distractions will deter APGA, under the dynamic leadership of Barr. Sly Ezeokenwa, from staying on this progressive path. “Governor Soludo has demonstrated the vision, competence, and resolve to transform Anambra, and he deserves another uninterrupted four years to consolidate on the Solution Agenda", he added.
Dr. Umeh, a seasoned medical practitioner, thanked Governor Soludo for recognizing competence and professionalism in appointing his son, Hon. Dr. ThankGod Anagor, as Transition Committee Chairman and later as Executive Chairman of Awka North. He saw this appointment as a testament to the strong bond between the people of Mgbakwu and Governor Soludo's leadership.
He urged Mgbakwu Community and Ndi Anambra to unite behind Governor Soludo's re-election bid on November 8, emphasizing the importance of securing votes for the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).
He also committed to being present in Mgbakwu to oversee the voting process, ensuring that every ballot cast for APGA is accurately counted and not diverted to opposing parties.
